I originally worked in traditional designs and techniques, including hand quilting. When I moved to Pennsylvania in 1996, I established my quilting business. The local Amish and Mennonite women quilted for me and together we created traditional bed quilts. After 7 years I began experimenting with a more contemporary approach using original designs, my hand painted fabrics, machine quilting and embellishments. I continued down that path of creating custom art quilts and today I also offer museum quality giclee prints of my work. They are finding homes in both traditional and contemporary settings, businesses and homes.Visiting artist exhibiting at Reems Creek Pottery.
