Julie Covington

I love working in southern Appalachia, and find myself surrounded by some pretty interesting folks who manage to fill their days felting tiny baby shoes, building earthen cottages, growing heirloom vegetables and flowers, waltzing in the moonlight, crafting bamboo fences, and a thousand other things that fascinate me.

I aim to make pots that will nestle comfortably into the lives of the wild and wonderful curious creatives all around me and beyond, who seem to be forever raising the bar of what it means to be human. I make simple, sturdy tableware that is equally at home on an intimate dinner table or on the floor of an old pick-up truck.
