“When you hold anything as your object of appreciation you come into alignment with the fullness of who you are.” I create from this place of appreciation. I create my work from this place of alignment, through meditation, movement, music, my work becomes meditation, a vehicle to transcend time space reality to the connection with source energy, this is the place that my work is created from. And from this place I co create with the universe, allowing the energy to flow through me. Art embodies the vibration of the artist, it’s an extension of the feeling of the artist as they were creating the work.
