I started learning metalsmithing &silver work in 2008 in the River Arts District, it was love at first flame & swing of the hammer! I am inspired by everyday life, which is easy here in WNC. Over the years I have been fortunate to learn blacksmithing & welding at AB Tech here in town. In the years since then smaller individual art pieces & art jewelry have become my focus. I love using silver & copper, occasionally some gold, brass & steel. I have been a rock collector my whole life & enjoy including some gems in my pieces.
