I'm a ceramic artist based in Asheville, North Carolina. With my love of applied arts and fantasy, I make functional, everyday objects with an element of the whimsical built in. I call this practical whimsy: things you actually use, made a little strange or playful in the process. I like making things that live in people's homes and bring a bit of unexpected fun into an ordinary day.
